In these rough economic times, the town of Utter Despair, N.J. is getting a monetary boost by being the new film capital of Work Safety Shorts. When most Hollywood productions go to Canada to film TV and movies, the Canadians come to Utter Despair, New Jersey to be inspired with ... uh ... well ... despair.
